- Complete a registration form by using ONLINE form or downloading and printing it from the website or using the form on the BROCHURE REGISTRATION (downloadable), REGISTRATION FORM (downloadable) or ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM and submit it
with check or money order.
- Complete the information on the registration form and remember your signature. (Scholarships – obtain application on website and submit to Rita ritamanning115@msn.com).
- Mail (snail) the registration form with your check or money order - mail to: Unity Church of Mesa, Attn: Women's Ministry,

- OR - Hand Deliver the registration form with your check or money order at Unity of Mesa or Unity of Divine Love Spiritual Center - special registration form area.
- OR - SCAN and attach registration form file to email if you have used PAYPAL or CREDIT CARD ONLY to (Shelia Pilger, sbpilger@aol.com )
- OR - If using PAYPAL, use ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM or mail or hand deliver or scan (email attachment only) hard copy registration form, to (Shelia Pilger, sbpilger@aol.com) ALONG WITH THE PAYMENT DATE/AMOUNT.
- OR - If using CREDIT CARD at Unity of Divine Love Spiritual Center with Linda, 480-792-1800, use ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM or mail or hand deliver or scan (email attachment only) hard copy registration form, to (Shelia Pilger, sbpilger@aol.com) ALONG WITH THE PAYMENT DATE/AMOUNT.
